About "Lefty" Monson

I have been in the Cash and Inventory Control industry since June of 1955. During my career I have been involved with the following:
- Carried a tool kit for my first 20+ years. This gave me great insight as to the importance of Customer Service.
- Been involved with independent cash register dealerships. This taught me the real needs of cash and inventory control dealerships.
- Worked with dealers and their sales staffs as a manufacturer's sales representative for many years.
- Owned two very successful award winning distribution and service companies for 17 of the past 24 years (ECR Sales Management / POS Sales Management).. The TEAMS from these two companies, working with the same basic and simple principles I share at these seminars and sales workshops, have been rewarded with over a dozen Peripheral Distributor awards plus two overall Gold Medallion Awards from the members of the ICRDA / ICRDASDA / RSPA Trade groups.
- Facilitated a total of over 425+ "Full Day", Sales Schools / Sales Workshops and 2 to 3 hour "Battery Recharge Power Point Presentations" over the past 31 years
- Facilitated the customized 50-minute, 110-minute, and 150-minute " Recharge Your Sales Battery" with Q. & A. sessions at several Dealerships, Dealer meetings for Posera Maitre'D, Datasym, I.C.R.D.A., SDA, and R.S.P.A.
- Now that I have started POS Sales Training and Consulting I will be devoting 100% of my time to my passion of working with manufacturers, dealerships, and their sales people. I can now share my experiences of working with several thousand salespeople from all different levels of success and failure. I have seen what works and does not work with salespeople. I am also going to be able to help distributors / manufacturers provide my services to hire and train new salespeople for their dealers.
